A late 19th century silver and gold, sapphire and old-cut diamond cluster ring. 

Sapphire calculated weight 1.21cts, based on estimated dimensions of 6.2 by 5.2 by 4.5mms. 
Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct, G-J colour, VS-SI clarity. 
Stamped 18ct. 
Ring size O1/2. 3.1gms.
