Fellows Auctioneers is situated on Augusta Street in the Jewellery Quarter. The main building is approached by a wheelchair access ramp or by steps and is a 5-minute walk away from the Jewellery Quarter Tram/Train Station.

Once within the main building, there is flat access to all areas on the ground floor including an accessible toilet.

• Augusta House is about a 30-minute walk through the city from New Street Station and the closest bus stop is by The Clock on Warstone Lane about 5 minutes walk away. There is a shelter with seating. All buses can accommodate one wheelchair. Bus times can vary, for further details see Birmingham City Council website on www.birmingham.gov.uk.
• Direct access from New Street railway station is about a 30- minute walk through the city centre. Taxis are always available at the station. Buses will take you to the city centre. The Jewellery Quarter tram and train station is nearer, about a 5-minute walk, with lifts from the platforms to street level.
• Taxis will be happy to collect you from Augusta House.
• The route to the main building is via either steps or a ramp.
• The main road outside the building has a narrow path on each side, uneven in places.

• Parking is available at the front of Augusta House.
• A Blue Badge car park space is available at the front of the building to the far left of the bays. This space is located immediately to the left of the access ramp. The space can be reserved by prior request for those with access requirements.
• On-street parking 'Pay and Display' is available on Augusta Street.

• There is one step to get to the front door or there is a ramp. Both are well-lit.
• The main door is comprised of two large doors.
• The left-hand side door is left open during Reception hours and is 31 inches / 79 cm wide. The right door is the same width but is generally left bolted shut. It can, however, be opened by the reception staff if required.
• Once inside the main entrance, the floor covering is tiled with an entrance mat.

• The Augusta Street office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm Fridays.
• Reception is immediately in front of you.
• The main building interior can then be accessed by a door on the right which is also on an auto-opener. This door is 31 ½ inches wide / 80cm wide. Reception staff can open this door remotely.

• The hallways are well lit by ceiling and wall lights.
• The floor covering is hard-wearing carpet tiles or tiled.

• There are three sets of public toilets on the ground floor.
• Accessible toilets are through the downstairs saleroom. 

• On the ground floor there are three valuation rooms that can accommodate computer stations.
• There are three chairs in each room without arms which can be moved.
• The flooring is carpet tile.
• There is some natural lighting and there are overhead lights providing adequate light.

• The specialist jewellery, watch and designer auctions are viewed and conducted on the 1st floor.
• Viewing of lots in the sale can be conducted on the ground floor in a secure location, by prior arrangement.
• Participation in the auction via a video link and online bidding platform is possible on the ground floor, by prior arrangement.
• Everyone attending viewings and auctions at Augusta House must be registered with Fellows and provide appropriate photographic identification.
• The payment office is on 1st floor. If this is not accessible, payment can be made at reception.

• There is one fire assembly point.
  • The main fire assembly point is on the other side of the street as you exit the building. It is accessible by steps or a ramp.
